About a year ago I was driving my wife’s Volvo XC60 and the check engine light came on. I took it to the dealership, and they said it needed a new catalytic converter. Since the warranty had just run out, it would cost $2400.
Ouch.
I am a bit of a car guy myself, and I know the catalytic converter doesn’t affect normal driving, so I could have ignored the warning. But since tags were expiring in a couple months, and emissions were due, that wasn’t an option.
So I got a second opinion.
Turns out, the car only needed the O2 sensors replaced, and $550 later, it passed emissions with flying colors.
Certinia upgrades sometimes the same way. You’re an experienced Certinia Admin. You’d normally complete all of the mandatory & highly recommended upgrade steps yourself – no problem. But sometimes you are up against something you can’t do yourself AND there is a forcing function to get it done fast.
Whether year end close, an acquisition, or a needed feature was just released. You just need a second opinion.
If you are:
- Migrating WFR’s or Process Builders to Flows and one isn’t working?
- Converting Clicklink rules to foundation messages and not sure how to handle an edge case?
- Upgrading from Spring ’24 and need help configuring xRB and Analytics?
- More than four versions behind and don’t want to miss something important?
We got you covered.
Our global team is staffed with real Certinia experts (not automated response systems) who are passionate about providing timely, top-notch support to our clients.
We will also work with you to make sure you are fully enabled to do it yourself the next time – the “teach you to fish” approach.
